Patangaran sawas, near Harymans kampog

We are in the train to Banjar, it is quite comfy and the seats  are kinda like those in a plane, except there is a lot more leg room. So comfy, in fact that I am writing this blog as I watch the Indonesian world go by...
At Banjar, Haryman, the foster child of our friend Marti, will come and fetch us, with a rented A/C car and drive us to Patangaran.

We are traveling thru mountain passes and many sawas, rice fields.
It is amazing to see how ingenious the irrigation system is when you see the water flow continuously from the highest field thru mud locks to the one lower, etc.
Maybe at this time it would be a good idea to explain some terms that I may use on a daily basis, writing these travel logs.
I will jot them down, as they come to mind, without any particular order.
